As one of the most rapidly developing biotech centres in the world today, Hyderabad, India was a natural location to build our new AET Laboratories. The supportive patent climate and available pool of top talent there were exactly the prerequisites needed to create the kind of innovative development facility we envisioned. The motivated young scientists and technicians working at AET Laboratories today embody the same pioneering spirit that has always been at the core of AET's success.

This new research centre strengthens our capability to independently develop generic pharmaceutical formulations and required documentation. The 32,000 m² grounds house state-of-the-art galenical and analytical facilities and a fully equipped pilot plant. Services span pre-formulation to packaging. The labs are designed for rigorous development challenges, and stability operations have extensive storage capacity for all ICH conditions. The GMP pilot plant is furnished with all relevant technology and hardware to produce solid oral dosage forms at different scales.

Both our customers and API suppliers will benefit from our increased in-house expertise and efficiency. We can now provide a full-service alternative to in-house generic product development through:

AET Labs has been successfully audited by the German health authority in February 2006.
